Returns, Refund & Exchange Policy
A. Introduction
At Swopnotori, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This policy explains the terms and conditions related to returns, refunds, and exchanges.
B. Eligibility for Returns
B(a): Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Otherwise, the return request will be void.
B(b): Customers are allowed to check the product in front of the delivery agent without wearing or using it. Claims made after delivery will not be accepted.
B(c): Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels intact.
B(d): A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required for all return requests.
B(e): If a customer claims that a product is not authentic, valid proof must be provided for verification.
B(f): Any false or misleading claim without proper evidence may lead to rejection and possible legal action.
C. Items Eligible for Return
C(a): Unworn and unwashed apparel with original tags intact.
C(b): Incorrect items received (wrong size, color, or product). Products must be checked in front of the delivery agent.
C(c): Products damaged or defective due to shipping, verified at the time of delivery.
D. Items NOT Eligible for Return
D(a): Worn, washed, altered, or used products.
D(b): Products without original tags, labels, or packaging.
E. Return Request Time Frame
E(a): Return requests must be placed within 48 hours of receiving the product.
E(b): Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
F. Shipping Costs for Returns
F(a): If the return complies with our policy, Swopnotori will bear the return shipping cost.
F(b): Returns that do not meet our criteria will not be accepted, and shipping costs will not be covered.
G. Exchange Policy
G(a): Exchanges are applicable for unused, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.
G(b): The product will be inspected by the delivery agent before exchange approval.
G(c): Any sign of misuse or false claims will void the exchange request.
G(d): Exchanges are preferably handled hand-to-hand at delivery.
G(e): If hand-to-hand exchange is not supported in certain areas, the product must be returned first. A replacement will be sent after inspection.
G(f): Courier charges for valid exchanges will be covered by Swopnotori.
H. Refund Policy
H(a): Customers may choose between a full refund, store credit, or partial refund, depending on eligibility.
H(b): Refunds are processed within 24 hours, except in cases requiring additional verification.
H(c): In case of lost shipments, customers may opt for a refund, store credit, or re-dispatch.
I. Order Cancellation Policy
I(a): Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. If cancelled after dispatch, courier charges must be paid.
I(b): No additional cancellation fees apply.
I(c): Orders cannot be cancelled after successful delivery.
J. Responsibility for Lost or Delayed Shipments
J(a): Orders delayed beyond 7 days may be cancelled upon request.
J(b): Swopnotori is responsible for lost shipments.
J(c): Products must be checked in front of the delivery agent. Video proof may be required for claims related to damage or missing items.
K. Special Considerations & Exceptions
K(a): We currently deliver only within Bangladesh. International orders are not accepted.
K(b): In special cases, Swopnotori reserves the right to determine return or exchange conditions.
K(c): Verification may be required before approving special requests.
K(d): Additional fees may apply depending on the situation and product condition.
